Aerobics

Aerobics is designed to improve overall fitness and co-ordination with challenging routines for you to work to your own level. The lo-impact class provides an excellent introduction to exercise with steady, lo-impact routines. This class is therefore suitable for the older adult and to exercise new-comers. Classes develop in complexity up to the Advanced class which combines more hi-impact moves with challenging choreography.

Dance Fit

Dance Fit is a truly fun class that is designed to give you a taster of a variety of dance styles. You'll experience Urban Funk (Hip Hop), Latino, Pop and many more in a class that is sure to make you smile. No previous dance experience is necessary.

Urban Funk

Urban Funk is a new and exciting style of dance class, offering a Hip Hop based workout that will make you sweat! With moves inspired by artists such as Beyonce and Justin Timberlake, this class is perfect for any RnB fans and is sure to leave you on a high!

Mixed Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a challenging class that will give you a full body work out. Exercises are performed in series, focusing on cardio vascular and strength and endurance so that you burn calories and improve muscle tone. Exercises are structured to allow you to work to your own level so you can really challenge yourself if you wish to!

Supple Strength

Supple Strength is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga inspired moves and offers a chance to relax away the daily stresses of life. Combined with core stability strengthing work, this class will lengthen and develop muscles to increase strength, mobility and flexibilty. And by focussing on core stability strength, this class will also ensure that you develop a flat stomach!

Tap Fit

Tap Fit is a fun class designed for adults who wish to learn (or re-learn ) the principles of tap dancing. With fun routines and exercises, you'll improve fitness and co-ordination whilst having fun.

Total Tone

Total Tone is a mainly lo impact class, designed to offer complete toning of legs, bums, tums and arms. Participants can work to their own level to achieve their desired results.

Cardio Kick

Cardio Kick is an energetic class incorporating aerobic style moves with kicks and punches to give you a full body work out.
