In the last few days, the world as we know it has changed. And we do not know how long for. So many things have been taken out of our control but the one thing we can still maintain is our physical fitness and our mental well-being. If you want to ensure that, even in such unprecedented times, you can continue to exercise with like-minded, committed people and feel part of a larger community, we welcome you with open 'digital' arms to Elite Studios.
Elite Studios is a family run business, owned by Emma Knox Jones and husband Jonny. Since the tough decision was made to close their physical doors, the team has been working day and night to bring the most comprehensive range of classes as possible, online. This has also ensured that the many self employed, freelance instructors can continue to earn a wage during such testing times. This was something that really mattered to Emma and Jonny.
So what is included in an online class with Elite:
- access to over 20 classes every week
- classes taught by all of the regular Elite Instructors
- classes include Aerobics, Dance Fit, Westend Workout, Zumba, Kettlebells, Burn and Firm, Total Tone, Beast, Bodyweight Workout, Pilates, Supple Strength, Adult Tap and Adult Ballet
- online sessions include visual and audio interaction with the instructor and other class participants
- receive motivation and guidance like a normal class at Elite Studios
