- Weekly group runs (Wednesday at 18:15) - Beginner, intermediate & advanced (you will be placed in your group based on ability)
- 6 week program - created to help you achieve your goals
- Weekly online functional strength sessions
- Support and guidance from a fully qualified and insured instructor with many miles under her belt!
