Elite Studios is your local, dance and fitness expert, in the heart of Mynydd Isa, Flintshire. We pride ourselves on delivering top quality dance and fitness instruction to the local community. Some members, who may consider themselves to have two left feet, want to feel the burn and thrive on being challenged and pushing themselves to the max. Other clients want a more Mindful approach, with focus on building strength and flexibility whilst for some, learning how to dance, gaining technical skills that help to keep the mind and body young, are their reason for attending. And for many of our clients, holding back the ageing process and staying fit and active in later life is absolutely crucial.
