What’s Adult Lyrical? It’s a beautiful dance style blending ballet, jazz, and contemporary, focusing on expressing music and emotion through movement. Lyrical dance not only improves flexibility and strength but also provides a powerful release of creativity and emotion.

At Elite Studios, we understand that not all clients want to do burpess and jumping jacks, some prefer their exercise to be accompanied by jazz hands and a touch of theatrics! Some, who may consider themselves to have two left feet, want to feel the burn and thrive on being challenged and pushing themselves to the max. Other clients want a more Mindful approach, with focus on building strength and flexibility whilst for some, learning how to dance, gaining technical skills that help to keep the mind and body young, are their reason for attending. And for many of our clients, holding back the ageing process and staying fit and active in later life is absolutely crucial. Whatever YOUR reason, we have a class for you! |
