By filling in the information below you give Elite Studios permission to process fees for either my child's dance classes. Any additional fees owed (such as show costumes) will be processed having a weeks' notice via email. 

Children's dance class fees will be processed before the new term is due to start (dates will be confirmed in advance,  in writing).
